VB6 problema con query

ciao,
il problema è che quando eseguo la select (che in ambiente DOS non da alcun problema) non legge la prima colonna.
Esempio:
rst1.Source = "select data, valore from tabella"

rst1.Open , , adOpenStatic, adLockOptimistic

For Each Field In rst1.Fields
Debug.Print Field.Name
Debug.Print Field.Type
Next

eisto del debug:
VALORE
5
non trova il primo campo

il database è:
Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.8.0 - Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP and Oracle Data Mining options
JServer Release 9.2.0.8.0 - Production
