Sito Asp.Net su IIS, problemi

Salve a tutti, ho creato con visual studio 2005 un sito web in asp.net ed un web service. Funzionao entrambi, li ho provati con il server web di prova che mette su visual studio per il debug.
Per farli girare ho preso le cartelle di questi due progetti (quelle contenenti i file) e le ho messe nella cartella wwwroot.
Quando provo ad accedere al sito asp.net in questo modo:
http://localhost/ai2006asp/index.aspx

mi viene detto:
"Server Application Unavailable
The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request.

Se vado nel file di log ottengo questo errore:
"aspnet_wp.exe could not be started. The error code for the failure is 80004005. This error can be caused when the worker process account has insufficient rights to read the .NET Framework files. Please ensure that the .NET Framework is correctly installed and that the ACLs on the installation directory allow access to the configured account."

Se provo ad accedere al servizio in questo modo (da browser):
http://localhost/ai2006/Service.asmx
I messaggi di errore che mi vengono dati sono identici.
Come posso risolvere?
