Ciao a tutti…
Ho installato un modem U.S. Robotics http://www.usr.com/products/business/business-product.asp?sku=USR3453c (modem windows server compatibile), ed abilitato il servizio fax su un W2k3-R2 SP2.
Queste sono le impostazioni che ho configurato sul modem:
Modem->Maximum port speed: 115200

Advanced->Change default preference->General->Port speed: 115200
Advanced->Change default preference->General->Data Protocol: Standard EL
Advanced->Change default preference->General->Compression: Disabled
Advanced->Change default preference->General->Flow controll: Hardware

Advanced->Change default preference->Advanced->Data bits: 8
Advanced->Change default preference->Advanced->Parity: None
Advanced->Change default preference->Advanced->Stop bit: 1
Advanced->Change default preference->Advanced->Modulation: Standard

Il servizio fax funziona, quello che non va è la configurazione del modem, spesso rilevo errori nel registro eventi riguardanti il recapito e la ricezione dei fax.
A volte riesco ad inviare/ricevere a volte no. Altre volte invece il registro dice che il fax non è arrivato (ed infatti lo trovo in outbox), ma in realtà il destinatario mi dice di averlo ricevuto.
