Errori su Event Viewer e rallentamento PC

Salve a tutti, ho un pc con installato Windows 2K SP4.
Da un pò di tempo rallenta mostruosamente e ogni operazione che faccio, viene eseguita dopo circa 10 minuti, riavviandolo va tutto a posto, almeno fino al ripresentarsi del problema (che avviene all'incirica ogni settimana) e nell'event viewer trovo i segunenti errori, ma non riesco a trovare una soluzione da nesssuna parte, e spero che voi mi possiate aiutare.

Per quanto riguarda questo ultimo errore, ho controllato nel dns del server e risulata che all'indirizzo ip è associato l'host corretto, ho provato ad eliminarlo e a crearlo nuovamente.
