Puoi usare una query come la seguente:
SELECT
S.[name]
, O.[name]
, O.modify_date
, O.type_desc
FROM
sys.objects O
JOIN sys.schemas S ON O.[schema_id] = S.[schema_id]
WHERE
O.type IN ('P', 'U', 'FN', 'V')
ORDER BY
O.type_desc
, modify_date DESC
per tutti i tipi di oggetto che mi hai indicato..
altrimenti, per funzioni e stored procedure, puoi anche ricorrere ad INFORMATION_SCHEMA schema:
select * from INFORMATION_SCHEMA.ROUTINES
