Sql server agent stoppato su 2005

Salve,

ho eseguito una installazione di sqlserver2005 come cluster di failover su windows server 2003 R2 EE durante l'installazione non ho avuto problemi se non per il fatto che non il servizio SQLServerAgent non parte e non va in linea nel cluster.
Connettendomi tramite SQLCMD ricevo il seguente errore:

Ho disinstallato e reinstallato SQL nativa Client ma ho poi avuto problemidi connessiona al server tanto da dover eliminare l'istanza e ricrearla.

In base ad informazioni trovate su internet ho verificato che la chiave di registro punti alla .dll giusta e lo fa.
Ho verificato che nel management di sql risultino attivi i collegamenti tcp/ip, shared e pipe.
Nell'event view risultano errori 103 e in seguito 53.

Penso di aver provato di tutto!!!!!
A qualcuno è capitata una situazione del genere???
riesco a creare anche i database.

Vi ringrazio in anticipo per eventuali suggerimenti.
