Ciao a tutti,

ho un problema e non riesco a venirne fuori...anche se credo la colpa sia di Vista...

In sostanza, ho comprato da poco un notebook SONY VAIO VGN-NS21S.
Appena portato a casa l'ho formattato e installato tutti i driver per avere un sistema pulito.
SO vista SP1 con i successivi aggiornamenti.

Ora il problema è che con qualsiasi software di masterizzazione (Nero, Ashampoo ecc.) non riesco a masterizzare. La masterizzazione parte e si blocca all'incirca al 50% e dopo 10-15 il masterizzatore mi estrae il dvd e il software mi dice scrittura fallita.

Pensavo fosse un problema del masterizzatore integrato ma non è cosi, con l'[b]utilità di scrittura di vista funziona[/b].
Prima della formattazione, quindi con il sistema preinstallato funzionava.
Ho provato anche con un masterizzatore esterno firewire, stesso problema.

Avete idea di cosa possa essere?

Se non hai conflitti di canale in gestine risorse e il programma per masterizzare funziona il tuo problema è dovuto alle protezioni di Vista.

Abilita l'account Super Amministratore di Vista dal prompt dei comandi

Net user administrator /active:no

Installare Nero su questo account se non viene riconosciuto e prova ad avviare la masterizzazione con quell'account.

Ciao,

nada stesso problema...inizia a scrivere poi si blocca tutto e devo aspettare che "si sveglia" altrimenti non posso neppure espellere il disco...ma cosa diavolo può essere?
Come posso escludere un problema hardware?
Non capisco perchè con l'utilità di vista tutto va...

I driver sono quelli corretti?
CHe programmi hai installato?

Dobbiamo prima vedere se c'è qualche programma o servizio che genera queto problema.

Problema Hardware non dovrebbe in quanto hai detto che anche con un masterizzatore usb esterno è lo stesso. Vero?

Ma quando si blocca cosa stai masterizzando?
A che velocità scrivi? Prova ad abbassare la velcità

Ciao,
l errore del reset si verificava con la versione 6 di Nero che poi tramite un FIx hanno risolto.
Esso era dovuto al controller ATAPI ASPI.

Controlla in task manager hai questi due processi?
RMADEC.EXE
SELFDEL.EXE

Ti consiglio di disinstallare Nero e installare una versione meno recente es. la 7.4, perch[ sinceramente la versione 8 non l`ho ancora provata, quindi non ti saprei dire.

Io uso l'ultima ver. (8.3.13.0), ma avevo anche provato con Ashampoo e ImgBurn, stesso medesimo problema.
La cosa curiosa è che con Windows Vista va alla grande.

Stasera controllo i processi che mi hai elencato.

Pensi sia il caso di portarlo in assistenza?

Dobbiamo escludere il problema dei permessi di Vista.
Se possiedi una copia di Microsoft Windows Xp, scarica Microsoft Virual PC

Ci installi Windows con nero è prova ad masteriazzare con quello.

Sinceramente non ti so dire, so che con alcune marce di masterizzatori su vista si hanno problemi nel masterizzare con iTunes, ma non è il caso tuo.
Prova a disabilitarli.

2 masterizzazioni sono andate ok con imgburn e con drive esterno...
quindi il problema sembra di quello interno, cmq domani provo ancora sempre con l'esterno.

Ho una novità, oggi accendo il pc e ricevo da vista questo errore in allegato con i files.

Si esce con Vista Home Premium, io credo che o non abbiamo installato qlc driver ma non penso o Sony "blocchi" il lettore. Altra possibilità, qualche aggionamento di Vista post SP1. Da sistema preinstallato va.
