Salve, ho distribuito il pacchetto sul pc del cliente ma riscontro questerrore con il report

Ciao,
significa che dove hai eseguito l'applicazione non è installato il runtime di Crystal, oppure quello della versione che hai usato è diverso da quello che è installato sulla macchina.

Come hai fatto il deploy dell'applicazione? Se usi Clickonce, oppure il pacchetto WindowsInstaller ti basta impostare i prerequisiti, in modo che venga installato tutto l'occorrente al momento del setup:

altrimenti puoi pensare di installarlo a mano:
