Controllo Chart problemi con web.config

Ciao a tutti,
ho un problema, quando trascino dalla casella degli strumenti su una pagina aspx il controllo Chart per creare grafici, il programma mi va a scrivere in automatico qualche riga di codice nel web.config
però ci deve essere qualche errore perchè poi non visualizzo nemmeno la home page del server remoto.
l'errore che mi da il browser è il seguente:
