Problema con vb 2005

vorrei creare un programma che dato un testo nella textbox1 lo trasformi nella textbox2 in questo modo: se la prima lettera è la a diventa z se b allora y se c allora x e così via io ho fatto così ma non funziona .... qualche consiglio ??? grazie in anticipo
