Ottengo questo errore pubblicando il sito online

ho impostato .Net 4.0 e dovrebbe essere quello fornito dall'hosting, anche la stringa di connessione al db è nel formato indicato ,
inoltre ho copiato localmente il riferimento ma ancora ho questo errore.
da cosa dipende ?

ho risolto modificando la stringa di connessione al db
