Come posso fare???
Grazie a tutti.

ciao,

- Device: HP Storage Works Unltrium 215e - Unità nastro esterna LTO Ultrium 100/200 GB - esterno SCSI

http://supportconnect.ca.com/sc/solcenter/sol_detail.jsp?aparno=QO60375&os=NT&returninput=0&prev=true

Title: Sample batch/CMD script for BrightStor ARCserve/Enterprise Backup VLDB maintenance
To perform maintenance of the BrightStor ARCserve/Enterprise Backup VLDB, you can add the following to a batch or CMD file and run it from the BrightStor home directory:
rem This will check all of the databases for errors.
dbcheck -a -L casdb;admin;secret asjob
dbcheck -a -L casdb;admin;secret asmedia
dbcheck -a -L casdb;admin;secret asobject
dbcheck -a -L casdb;admin;secret asrhost
dbcheck -a -L casdb;admin;secret astape
dbcheck -a -L casdb;admin;secret astpdrv
dbcheck -a -L casdb;admin;secret astpsdat
dbcheck -a -L casdb;admin;secret asmmo
rem This section will repair each database as needed.
rem dbfix -a -L casdb;admin;secret asjob
rem dbfix -a -L casdb;admin;secret asmedia
rem dbfix -a -L casdb;admin;secret asobject
rem dbfix -a -L casdb;admin;secret asrhost
rem dbfix -a -L casdb;admin;secret astape
rem dbfix -a -L casdb;admin;secret astpdrv
rem dbfix -a -L casdb;admin;secret astpsdat
rem dbfix -a -L casdb;admin;secret asmmo
rem This section will remove deleted records from the database and allow any space freed to be re-used (this may not necessarily reduce the size of the database files).
rem dbdefrag -a -L casdb;admin;secret asjob
rem dbdefrag -a -L casdb;admin;secret asmedia
rem dbdefrag -a -L casdb;admin;secret asobject
rem dbdefrag -a -L casdb;admin;secret asrhost
rem dbdefrag -a -L casdb;admin;secret astape
rem dbdefrag -a -L casdb;admin;secret astpdrv
rem dbdefrag -a -L casdb;admin;secret astpsdat
rem dbdefrag -a -L casdb;admin;secret asmmo
rem This section will repair high-level key problems, and should only be run in conjunction with DBDEFRAG.
rem keybuild -k -L casdb;admin;secret asjob
rem keybuild -k -L casdb;admin;secret asmedia
rem keybuild -k -L casdb;admin;secret asobject
rem keybuild -k -L casdb;admin;secret asrhost
rem keybuild -k -L casdb;admin;secret astape
rem keybuild -k -L casdb;admin;secret astpdrv
rem keybuild -k -L casdb;admin;secret astpsdat
rem keybuild -k -L casdb;admin;secret asmmo
Please Note
If submitted as above, only the database check (dbcheck) will be run. If you wish to run a fix, defrag, or keybuild, remove the remarks (rem) from the front of the relevant commands.
The database name (casdb), username (admin), and password (secret) are the same for each server and do not relate to any Windows or BrightStor Security credentials.
The database engine must be running for any of these utilities to run.
You should not be performing any database activity, or have any BrightStor ARCserve/Enterprise Backup GUI Managers connected to the server you wish to run this script against. If GUI managers are open, the utilites will fail with a return code of 10.
Most of the databases can be checked fairly quickly. The database that will take most time to check/fix/pack will be astpsdat.

7_LOG.zip

failed to log into casdb user 'admin' error -2005.

Title: Resolving Failed to Log into VLDB Errors
Are you receiving error messages when trying to log into the ARCserve VLDB Database (this is the standard database with ARCserve 2000, and is available to ARCserve 6.61 users as well), such as the message: Failed to login to ARCserve database. (EC=-2005)?
Failed to log into database messages are usually caused by the ARCserve system account lacking the proper security permissions to access the database.
The ARCserve system account needs to be able to connect to the database through the ARCserve share and modify files in the ARCserve\database directory. By giving the account full control over both the share andARCserve directories, it will resolve any errors related to having enough access rights.
To do this, first we need to see what the ARCserve system account name is. Go into the ARCserve Server Admin (located in the ARCserve program group), and from the menu, select Admin and ARCserve System Account. The account name and its domain will be listed here.
Next, go into NT Explorer, and look for the ARCserve directory. Right click on the ARCserve directory and select properties. From the properties window, select the share tab. The ARCserve directory should be shared as ARCserve$, and looking under the share permissions, the ARCserve system account should be listed as having full control.
The ARCserve system account should also have full control of the ARCserve directory and its subdirectories. To check this, go into the properties window again for the directory, go to the security tab, and permissions. The ARCserve system account should be given full control of the ARCserve directory andall of its subdirectories.

ciao,
hklm\system\currentcontrolset\services\lanmanserver\parameters\nullsessionshare
ciao
