Instanziare oggetti COM in ASP.NET con IIS 5.1

Ciao,

Dopo innumerevoli tentativi sono giunto a ciò:

In IIS 5.1, da pagine ASP.NET 2.0, non si riesce a instanziare oggetti COM.

Ottenzo il seguente messaggio:
System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Unable to cast COM object of type 'xxxxxxxxx' to interface type xxxxxxxxxxx. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{4138F70E-3439-4AF0-A392-5060DDFFCA0F}' failed due to the following error: Interfaccia non supportata. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE))

Lo stesso codice eseguito in una applicazione Windows form funziona.
Funziona anche su Windows 2000 con IIS 5.0

Penso che il problema stia in qualche autorizzazione da dare all'utente ASPNET.
